“Helping clients is my thing.”
In far too many firms being an “assistant” means just that. At Stage 2 I’m expected to be far more. It’s my job to make sure that everything happens when it’s supposed to.
If you need a distribution, it’s my job to help. Opening a new account, again that’s what I do. I’ve been doing this for 25 years. I started right after college and still really like what I do. It was a great choice, one I’m very glad I made.
I pride myself on being organized and efficient. This is a very important trait in my job and here’s why….Sometimes the advisors will not provide all the information we need to help you either invest, start a new account or make a withdrawal. Without the right information in the right place your service slows down. I love it when I find something, make the fix and your service is even faster than you expected.
I’m a local person. I’ve grown up in Clifton Park and still live there. I love the North Country. There are tons of activities for me to do with my family and friends. I enjoy skiing and camping. I really can’t think of a better place to live.
I always appreciate the clients we have. I know I’m part of a team and my role is really important in helping you have your expectations exceeded. It’s all part of helping to make your life better.
